Vicky wore her blond hair up in a bun and beaming as she strolled arm in arm through the capital with Faye Winter of this year’s Love Island.

She added height to her frame in neat black heels and kept warm under a fuzzy coat in the same color.

Meanwhile, Olivia’s shiny blonde hair bounced in loose waves down her shoulders and the TV personality opted for a timeless camel coat.

Vicky’s high-spirited outing comes after she was forced to hit back at Instagram trolls who insulted her for looking happy after describing her mental health struggles this month.

She took to the social media app on Sunday to discuss what she felt next to a photo of her in bed with a comparison of her during a photo shoot.

She wrote: ‘Instagram is a funny old place isn’t it?! Less than a week ago I said I was feeling down, struggling and not quite being myself – and immediately my Instagram was flooded with good wishes, people telling me I was “brave” and that they should hear what I “had” said and was glad I had spoken.’

She went on to say that people thanked her for saying what she did and that it “made it easier for them to articulate how they felt.”

The social media influencer continued, “I felt like I had done something right and it made my journey to feeling better that much easier.”

“I spent the 10 days or so getting myself back together, spending time with my family, exercising, eating well & slowing things down a bit.. & thankfully I feel more like myself.”

The day after World Mental Health Day, she posted a candid photo of herself with blurry eyes, captioning how she wasn’t feeling herself and how she’s struggled with mental health issues in the past.

She continued: “But oddly enough, once I’m at my best on Instagram again – being glamourous, looking forward to vacations, launching new projects… That’s when the hatred and trolling seems to creep in again.”

It’s like these people look and think oh there she is, she’s happy again, she’s honest now, can’t wait to tell her I think she’s a bad role model/famous for nothing/terrible dog mom /edits her photos/is ugly/is old.”

Now I’m not going to insinuate for a second that my or anyone else’s mental health is inextricably linked to the things people write about them on Instagram.

“But what I’m saying is that this cruel and hateful rant can certainly exacerbate a person’s insecurities, feelings of inadequacy, and self-esteem — which we all know CAN lead to poor mental health.”

“Social media should be a place where we support each other, encourage people on the other side of the world, encourage fellow women to realize their potential and generally just spread love, light and enlightened memes, but if you use it to trying & putting other people down just when they start to feel better not only are you using it wrong you are very sad & a bit ad***.'[sic]

“Always remember that rudeness and cruelty are a weak imitation of power – they are tools of the bully. Be better than that. Real strength comes from showing vulnerability, trying to help others, being open and being kind.

And if you ever feel like someone is trying to drag you back, keep you small, take you to that dark place, block them, delete them, and remove them from your life. They don’t deserve your peace.’
