A mom shared her “epic failure” after attempting to fulfill a Woolworths Click and Collect order.
Melbourne’s mother, Roanna, posted a now viral video on TikTok showing her receiving a single Granny Smith apple, Pink Lady apple and beetroot instead of a kilo of each of the fresh produce.
“This one made me laugh!” she captioned the video.

“So I just picked up my Woolworths click and collection for this week and thought I’d show you a little bit about what I ordered versus what I got,” Roanna said in the video, acknowledging that it was an innocent oversight. .
And mind you, these aren’t even substitutions, this is just literally what I got for what I ordered.
“First I ordered a pound of prepackaged Granny Smith apples and they cost $4.50 and it says what will be delivered… er, I have a Granny Smith apple.”
Daily Mail Australia has asked Woolworths for comment.

In the comments, a Woolworths employee said the same mistake occurs ‘all the time’ when new employees mistake 1kg packs for a single fruit or vegetable.
‘Yes, I’m doing this for a job and a lot of new people don’t realize they ordered 1 kg and not just one apple! It happens all the time!’ she wrote.
The video of the hilarious failure has since been viewed more than 32,000 times and other TikTok users said they too have received incorrect numbers of various products.
‘I once ordered six cucumbers and got sixteen’, someone writes.
“After the fifth time this happened to me, I complained, the store manager apologized and it hasn’t happened since,” another added.
