The SAS Australia star told body+soul in August that she “hated” her ‘solid’ implants for years before having them removed, adding that she experienced both health problems and social stigma.

“I certainly wouldn’t recommend breast implants to anyone,” she said.

“Mine affected my back and abs, and to this day I’m still flaccid because of the way I tried to hide them,” she added.

After her G-cup implants were removed, she had them replaced with smaller implants on the advice of her surgeon, who said she was at risk of sagging skin if she went back to her natural size.

The Bachelor alumnus concluded by saying that she “hates” the idea of other women “judging” her for the size of her breasts.

“Women judge me for them, and I knew in my soul it was the wrong decision and one that didn’t make me happy,” she said.

Ali underwent explant surgery in August 2019.

She had decided to get a breast augmentation when she was in her early twenties because she thought it would please an ex-boyfriend.

“It’s a personal thing, but knowing I got them for the wrong reasons, I don’t want a girl to go through the same thing,” she said.

“So that’s why I wanted to share my story so other girls don’t make that mistake.”

Before getting a breast reduction two years ago, Ali had spoken candidly about her regrets about the cosmetic surgery.

“To everyone who said my boobs are huge/too big, you hurt me. To myself, I will never change my body for anyone else,” she wrote on Instagram.
