Roxy is an ambassador for streaming service Stan and Yellowstone follows the conflict between farmers, land developers and Native Americans.

In June 2020, Roxy described her fall from the horse while spending time with billionaire heiress, Jess Ingham, explaining that the saddle slipped.

“My saddle slipped and that’s why I fell – just me of course while doing a live Insta video. It’s extremely painful,” she said.

“Followed by 6 weeks on my back with daily Clexane injections and physio, orthopedic surgeon appointments etc.”

She then lashed out at detractors who said she left the show too soon.

“If anything weak and pathetic shows up at SAS Australia for committing to it six months earlier and training for it 6 days a week, regardless of my injuries, so be it,” she wrote.

“I think what it shows, I had a commitment, I showed up and I did my very best — which was hell given my situation given the circumstances.”
