A nutritionist has revealed her recipe for healthy Hawaiian pizza — and the mini treats only take minutes to complete.

Angela Martin of The Healthy Diary posted a video of the mouthwatering recipe that has 375 calories per serving and contains 31 grams of protein.

“The more you limit these foods during the week, the more you’ll want to eat them on the weekend and you’ll probably find yourself going ‘all in,'” she said.

The 32-year-old recently posted a video showing her Hawaiian pizza recipe that has 375 calories per serving and has 31 grams of protein.

“So here’s a healthier alternative to Hawaiian pizza that you can enjoy every day.”

The recipe calls for mini pita bread, pizza sauce, spinach, onion, lean ham, pineapple chunks, and light mozzarella cheese.

Angela starts by spreading the pizza sauce on her pita breads before topping them with a large handful of spinach and some onion.

Then she puts a whole piece of ham on it, sprinkles some pineapple on it and adds a small pinch of cheese.

The pizzas take five minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to cook.
