Two men and a teenager were rushed to hospital after a stabbing in western Sydney after a wild brawl.

Emergency services ran to a reservation on Withers Road in Rouse Hill around 6:10 p.m. Thursday, where they found the 21-year-old men with stab wounds.

The injured men were treated at the scene before being taken to Westmead Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A 16-year-old boy was later treated by paramedics for injuries to his hand at a home in Schofields.

He was transferred to Blacktown Hospital for treatment.

Officers set up a crime scene and searched the reserve with sniffer dogs.

An investigation is underway and police are urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
