Holly Willoughby showed off her new choppy bob on Instagram on Thursday.
The 40-year-old looked stunning because she wore minimal makeup after revealing that she enjoyed a morning meditation.
The TV station is currently taking a break from its This Morning presenting duties for the summer, but will appear on The One Show on Thursday to promote its new show Take Off with Bradley Walsh.

The fresh-faced beauty wore a brown scarf around her shoulders, with a crescent necklace in the center of her chest.
She posed with greenery as a backdrop as she soaked up the sunshine in the UK heat wave.

The TV host posted a trailer for the new series Take Off on her Instagram, captioning it: “Morning! How are you?… I just got this forwarded from my new show called Take off… it starts this Saturday at 6pm on… @bbc.”
She continued: ‘There was so much fun filming this one and working with a total genius/wally #wallywalsh #takeoff #holiday’ with a smiling face and airplane emoji.
The show, which airs on the channel, will see members of the public compete for a spot on a dream vacation.
It was originally a one-off Christmas special, but has now been turned into a four-part series.
Take Off will be broadcast on BBC One on Saturday 24 July.
