Foxtel Unveils the Hosts of New Renovation Series Selling in the City – a Selling Houses Australia spin-off










Foxtel has announced a massive lineup of premium entertainment and a lineup of Foxtel Original series among their movies, TV shows and docuseries arriving in 2022.

Headlining the Lifestyle channel next year is Selling in the City, a new renovation series presented by interior designer Rosie Morley and landscape expert Paddy Milne.

Selling in the City is an original program described as a “millennial skewed brand” with “great design” [and] smart solutions for small spaces’ and how to get the most out of a ‘small, urban property’.

Selling In The City targets the millions of Australian urban dwellers who live in apartments, terraces and townhouses who want to renovate and transform their homes to sell and change where they live, said Foxtel Group’s General Manager of Lifestyle, Wendy Moore. .

The series is a spin-off of the much-loved Selling Houses Australia series.

Moore says Selling in the City “takes over the trusted Selling Houses brand” and “opens it up to a whole new audience.”

The new hosts for the show are Rosie Morley, an award-winning interior designer and interior team leader at architecture firm Fender Katsalidis, and Paddy Milne, who owns the successful landscape design company The Scape Artist.

“Our viewers’ passion for homegrown programming is matched only by their love for the experts who work for them, so it’s important that we get the casting right,” continued Lifestyle Manager Wendy Moore.

“After a thorough search, we are delighted to have found this dynamic duo that brings the series ethos to life,” she added.

Another series making its debut on Foxtel is The Repair Shop Australia, based on the popular British format.

The repair vessel will be hosted by Dean Ipaviz, who will lead a team of craftsmen to repair “cherished possessions that are broken or damaged.”

Season two of Tim Minchin’s Upright and the new crime series The Twelve also premiere on Foxtel next year.

Programs returning to the pay TV station include The Great Australian Bake Off, Grand Designs Australia, Gogglebox Australia and Celebrity Gogglebox Australia.

Selling Houses Australia is also returning for a fourteenth season.

The popular real estate series has real estate expert Andrew Winter back at the helm with two new hosts, interior expert Wendy Moore and landscape designer Dennis Scott.
