Debbie Reynolds’ former cottage-style home in LA’s San Fernando Valley is up for sale for $2.1 million

A house formerly owned by the late Hollywood icon Debbie Reynolds is up for sale.

The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cottage-style home in the Valley Village neighborhood of San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, which was purchased by Reynolds in 1987 for $220,000, is rumored to be on the market for $2.1 million. The earth.

Fuller, who is best known for her roles in Orange Is The New Black and Last Man Standing, and Feld mentioned Douglas Elliman’s house with Greg Holcomb.

Described as a 1929 mini estate with a 0.21 acre lot, the 2,093 square foot home has a brick exterior and open kitchen, living and dining rooms with wide plank hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings with exposed beams.

The front door opens directly into an open plan living room dining room with a carved fireplace at one end and the kitchen at the other.

It has black and white custom cabinetry and white and marble-like quartz countertops, while blending vintage charm with up-to-date amenities.

The master bedroom is connected to a sitting room, where Reynolds reportedly kept her piano, according to The Dirt. The suite also has a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

One of the advantages of the property: all three bedrooms have direct access to the garden and there is an outside seating area around a fire pit.

The backyard also has a pool with a built-in Jacuzzi and a cabana with a covered dining area and bar.

The property does not have a garage but does offer gated off street parking.

Reynolds reportedly lived in the house from when she bought it in 1987 until 2001.

She continued to own the property for the last 15 years of her life, but chose to move to Beverly Hills to live next door to her daughter, Carrie Fisher.

The Star Wars star died on December 27, 2016 at the age of 60, a day before her mother’s death.
