The tastiest ‘guilt-free’ desserts available in Australian supermarkets have been revealed – and they all contain less than 100 calories per serving.
Top picks include $2.25 Chobani Protein Yogurts that have 96 calories per jar, Snackles Sugar-Free Cereal Bars that have 83 calories each, and Paddle Pop Ice Creams with 80 calories per stick.
According to a video uploaded to the Instagram account of Brisbane fitness studio FitazFk, the lowest calorie dessert option is Lindt’s 70 percent dark chocolate at just 52 calories per square.

The clip, which has racked up hundreds of ‘likes’ since it was uploaded online on Saturday, sparked dozens of comments from fitness fans sharing alternative slimline snacks.
“Pana organic dark chocolate melted and mixed in a quarter cup of fresh blueberries,” wrote one viewer.
A second added: ‘Countdowns mini lamingtons, only 72 cals!’
Others were shocked to learn that berries contain nearly the same amount of calories as popular ice creams.
“Why the hell did I eat blueberries when I could have had a Paddle Pop of Frosty Fruit?” a woman asked.
Earlier this year, a personal trainer who lost 45kg by overhauling his diet revealed the low-calorie snacks that helped him succeed.
The guy who goes through “aussie fitness” on TikTok had plenty of options for those struggling to give up sweets, including “lite” jellies, chocolate brownies, and even ice cream.

“You’ve probably heard of Halo low-calorie ice cream, but this is Kenny’s and it’s from Aldi. It’s half the price and in my opinion it tastes much better,” he said.
Each tub contains four servings, meaning each has only 75 calories, while the jelly he recommends is less than 10 calories per serving.
For chocolate lovers, he suggested a special kind of brownie.
“Fibre One has these amazing 90-calorie chocolate fudge brownies — they also come in six flavors,” he said.

He also suggested “food swaps” that can help lower the calorie content of meals.
“These rye wraps have 71 calories, compared to a regular wrap that has between 150 and 200 calories,” he said.
Hot drinks are also back on the menu.
“If you like hot chocolate or coffee, Avalanche has the best range of flavored 99 percent sugar-free coffee and hot chocolate, and they have about 60 calories per serving,” he said.
