Andy Lee has given a rare interview about his personal life amid rumors that he has secretly tied the knot with longtime girlfriend Rebecca Harding.

The 40-year-old comedian laughed off questions about his marital status during a conversation with KIIS FM’s Will and Woody on Tuesday.

When asked if there was any truth to the whispers of the engagement, Andy simply replied, “No,” before making fun of tabloid magazines reporting on his relationship.

Elsewhere in the interview, Andy responded to questions about his renovation plans after recently purchasing a dilapidated 1800s Melbourne mansion for a rumored $7.7 million.

The former radio host joked that he had approached The Block about having his house renovated as part of the show, laughing: ‘I made a pitch but unfortunately it didn’t go through’.

He said there were “rusty nails everywhere” before joking that he would renovate the entire property from head to toe without outside help.

“Yeah, I’m just watching YouTube on how to restore an 1870s building,” he laughed.

Andy joked about his plans for the property: ‘I’m just going to start as a Berlin club – no shirts allowed, electronic dance music.’

According to The Herald Sun, Andy’s facelift is in the affluent Melbourne suburb of Hawthorn and sits on a 2000 sq ft plot and overlooks the Yarra River.
