“I think I’ve lost appreciation for that. I’ve brought out things I didn’t want to say out loud or talk about,” the Hello hitmaker added.

While her followers flooded the comments section with questions about her upcoming album, which is rumored to be titled 30, she revealed that the project will be inspired by her divorce from husband Simon Konecki earlier this year.

‘What will my next album be based on? Divorce, honey, divorce,” the Tottenham-raised beauty joked.

Adele also wasn’t shy about dipping her toes into the Free Britney movement and telling viewers that she’s met the “beautiful” star a few times and is glad she’s happy.

A brooding black-and-white teaser showed the star’s signature liquid eyeliner, as well as her long fingernails as she drove a car down a country road and had just put a cassette in a player with the song’s name scribbled on it.

Adele could be seen with her hand out the car window, moving to the beat of the music. She was wearing a PVC jacket and long, pointy nails.

As she hurtled down the street, sheet music blew out of bags in her car and into the air as the piano played—but no vocals from the pop icon could be heard.

Fans were quick to flood the post with excited reactions, as users responded: “ADELE OMGGG… OMFG… At least now we know why the comeback took so long, the songs flew out of the car… took three years to collect them.” all musical notes…

Tease: The social media update came just days after Adele fans speculated new music was on the way after a series of ’30’ billboards popped up around the world

“I LOVE YOU SO MUCH… SHE’S HERE TO BREAK THE INTERNET… I already did… FINALLY! YESSSS… Woww’.

The release came after fans could barely contain their excitement on Monday as they flooded Twitter with speculation about her fourth album.

She sparked the lively online conversations after updating her social media channels to include an intriguing dark teal shade.

Observant enthusiasts noted that the color was synonymous with a series of ’30’ billboards that popped up around the world last week.

The ’30’ title would certainly be in keeping with Adele’s favorite way of naming her albums, with all three of her studio albums named after her age.

Adele’s debut album 19 was released in 2008, followed by 21 in 2011 and 25 in 2015.

If Adele followed the previous pattern, the 30th album would provide a lot of inspiration, given the age at which she was separated from ex-husband Simon Konecki.

It was reported last month that Adele would be making a spectacular comeback in time for Christmas with her highly anticipated fourth album and televised Las Vegas concert.

The alleged spectacle will be the singer’s first live performance in more than four years, following her record-breaking stadium tour that ended in 2017.

A source told The Sunday Mirror: “It’s been a long time but her label wants it released before Christmas and has their sights set on a performance in Vegas.

Adele and her management are in talks with BBC America to broadcast it around the world. This will be one of the few performances as part of her promotional tour,” the source said.

“Obviously with ongoing Covid drama and safety concerns, the shooting could be affected, but this is the date that is now scheduled.”

In an effort to top her latest LP 25, which has sold a whopping 23 million copies since its release in 2015, the Grammy winner’s latest project was supposed to be halted last year but was delayed by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Along with a major marketing campaign, her record label Sony is set to write a release in November for the collection of songs on which the icon will reflect on her divorce from husband Simon.

Ed Sheeran recently revealed that he believed Adele was aiming for a celebratory comeback. In a recent interview, he said, “I think Adele will be back for Christmas. I’ve heard rumours.’
